Refund Policy

If you receive goods that were not what you ordered we accept a return of that product at our expense and we will resend you the correct items at no additional expense to you.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item we will accept a return of that item within 3 days of purchase. The item must be unopened and unused and be returned in the original packaging. We will issue a replacement for the correct item or issue a credit note.

If you received an order that you are absolutely dissatisfied with because of factors that render the product unusable due to our company’s fault we will issue a full refund of the item.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return or refund unless they were received damaged.

Di Naturals Bulk will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Third party shipping companies that are used for local deliveries require that you collect your items within a specified time. If you fail to collect these items within the stipulated times and the items are destroyed or lost upon them being returned to us from these companies, we will not be liable for those items and a refund will not be awarded.

Depending on the circumstances we may award a partial return of the items but we reserve the right to not award this partial return if it is determined that the items were simply left uncollected.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

All goods will be inspected on return.
