All in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
Shipping Locations & Methods
We currently ship to all parishes in Jamaica.
If you are outside Jamaica please send us an email at [email protected] to find out how you can order or send us a DM on Instagram or call at 876-909-9128.
Shipping Method
- Orders in parts Kingston and parts of St. Catherine can be delivered to your home, you can also use zipmail.
- Orders for all other areas and parishes are shipped via Zipmail or Knutsford express based on your selection at the time of check out.
- Once orders are shipped they will arrive at destination same day or within 48 hrs depending on the shipping method used.
Shipping Costs
Each shipping service carries its own cost and you will be able to see the final shipping cost before paying for your items.
Regarding Damages
Guarantee
We carefully package your products so that they get to you in the best possible condition. If you receive a product that is damaged please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item.
How to Report
Send an email to [email protected] Include:
a. Send your contact information (name, phone number, email address)
b. Order number
c. Items purchased and damages identified. Please include images where where possible.
We will provide a solution within 48 hrs of reviewing the report.
We do not accept returns if you change your mind about the order once it is shipped or has arrived at your destination.
If you placed an order and you no longer want the order please call us at 876-909-9128 before the order is shipped. Once shipped we are not able to make the necessary changes.
