Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum is a widely-used thickening agent. It has the ability to increase liquid viscosity with just a tiny amount and is stable throughout a wide range of temperatures and pH.

It can also function as a binder, emulsion stabilizer, and skin-conditioning agent.

Dissolve in warm water (ideally sprinkle slowly into water under constant high-speed stirring)

Typical use level 0.5-2%.
